Where is my order?

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase, not including weekends or public holidays. If you placed an order for a pre-ordered item, your order will be shipped closer to the ship date shared with you at check out and in your pre-order confirmation email.

Are the bags machine washable?

We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and water when needed.
